NIPPON C2M is a dual component system, consisting of C2M Emulsion (18.95 litres or 5 gallons), a uniquely blended binding agent, and C2M Powder (18.95 litres or 5 gallons), a super-fine specialized cement powder. C2M has the ability to bond with metal surfaces and provide a surface coating that encases and protects old deteriorating, ferrous products. C2M contains various anti-corrosion agents and superior bonding strength. High adhesion = high corrosion resistance.NIPPON C2M is a universal coating which can be used as a primer base coat as well as a top coat depending on project requirements. When properly applied, NIPPON C2M provides both the applicator and asset owner with a cost effective infrastructure maintenance program. NIPPON C2M is environmentally friendly due to its use of recycled industrial material, extremely low VOC level, and ease of application and use. NIPPONC2M has an advantage over other coating systems by providing asset protection against many freeze/thaw, chemical and abrasion threats.
Description:
NIPPON CP is a water-borne, green product that works by permeating concrete. NIPPON CP is not a silicate, sodium silicate or lithium-based product, but a hydrogel. NIPPON CP is a 1 K material, just stir or shake before using. NIPPON CP is amorphous in the absence of water and possesses the ability to repeatedly re-hydrate while performing three main functions:
  • Permeates concrete substrates from 5.5 to 6 inches (up to ~150mm) below the surface.
  • Removes chlorides and salts from concrete substrate surfaces as well as below.
  • Creates an aqueous film that protects against water while allowing the concrete to continue to breath.
Description:
NIPPON HW is a dual purpose product. It provides long lasting protection against water infiltration, and deep introduction of a catalytic chemistry that reacts directly to alkali. It creates alkali hydrates that will become a complex silica hydrogel that bonds within the voids found in concrete. NIPPON HW will pass around various aggregates and fill empty spaces in the concrete matrix. The alkali will be turned into a natural compound, this will lessen other further reactions.

NIPPON CRS may be applied directly to surfaces with tightly adhered intact rust (with proper preparation). NIPPON CRS will penetrate tightly adhered intact rust to bond with the metal substrate below to stop the corrosion process.When properly applied, NIPPON CRS provides both the applicator and asset owner with a cost effective infrastructure maintenance program. Description:
A superior grade pure epoxy with excellent abrasion resistant properties designed in full consideration of health and safety, and environmental issues. The coating is formulated with special phenol based resins to reinforce resistance to cracking especially on welds, improve its anticorrosive and adhesion properties, and provide excellent resistance to saltwater and cathodic disbanding. Suitable for multipurpose use, its enhanced resistance to freshwater and seawater make it ideal for marine ballast tanks, crude oil tanks, void spaces, etc., land based storage tanks, and industrial storage facilities. The coating is fully compliant with IMO Performance Standard for Protective Coatings. (1) Buff in colour --- SI paint The coating is distinguished by its unique and patented Self-indicating (SI) technology that enables the applicator to visually confirm that the correct film thickness has been applied by checking the colour development from Lucent to Buff during the application process. The full colour is realized only when the correct dry film thickness has been applied, therefore any areas of low film thickness can easily be detected by visual inspection. A two-pack pure epoxy designed for petroleum and chemical product tanks. It offers superior resistance to petroleum products, solvents, water and chemical attack. 1st Buff colour is characterized by Self Indicating (SI) technology, which enables a painter to visually judge if the correct film thickness(wet / dry) has been achieved during the application process and after the completion of painting. Two coat system with SI paint (1st coat) plus non-SI paint (2nd coat) is recommended.
